Interactive and cooperative. Our team (trainees) is OK.

I like that the company feels warm and HOMEy. Everyone shines.

What do you like best about the leadership team?
For my new campaign, as of the moment, I have no complaints. For my previous campaign, I feel that the management was a little irresponsible with the redeployment process.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I was a newly hired QA but after a couple of months, the campaign went on sunset and we were redeployed as teammates to another campaign. I feel the process was unfair to us QAs. We should have been given an option to wait for an opening in another campaign as a QAs.
