Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like i'm always overworking but is compensated very little. Yearly appraisal would be better.

There are other companies who pay their employees (with the same tasks) more and I also think that the work I provide in the company and the stress I get from the work does not match the compensation I'm receiving and this is also applicable to other positions.
