I'm internally promoted and I feel that the compensation I'm getting should be aligned on external hires as well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current tasks I have I feel that internally promoted leaders should have far more better rate or comparable compensation with externally hired ones.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the current BPO market compensation, I strongly believe that us Team Lead should be paid higher. Also with the effort we put in on our role specially having to exercise emotional intelligence a lot as I feel we should be. Comparing as well to externally hired team leads, we are more competent.
