I'm proud that I work in this company. It's not just me but also my daughter as well as we have a daycare. Ever since I was a teammate the daycare is always there to nurture her. We've both grown here in the company. The founders themselves are very welcoming. Everyone else does not tolerate anomaly

The continuously challenging moments on a daily basis
What are some of the best things about your team?
We lift each other. It's not a dog eat dog environment. My colleagues patch up each other's opportunities by conducting brainstorming sessions every week.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The leadership team especially my Senior Manager and Director. Even when I make mistakes and miss out on some deliverables undesirably, they do not penalize me first thing. They make sure that there is a solid commitment to avoid the same mistake from happening again.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency and culture - these are the pillars that I appreciate about the company. From being a teammate to a manager, I understood the "whys" behind our actions which led me to where I am now. This is because of the vital information on the daily operations that helped me leverage my goal.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I started as a teammate in TaskUs and now, I'm an operations manager. The jump in my salary because of my promotion helped me financially well than where I was 4 years ago. I do not have an extremely embellished package but so far, I appreciating the package that TaskUs has provided to me.
