In terms of Face to face meeting my colleagues, WFH setup will be the workload

The salary is not my Ideal number, but the allowance makes it, and I am somewhat satisfied with it
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people around me is nice, from TM to OM, and that is what makes the environment comfy for me, with culture the engagement team and other clusters are also participative, which makes it more fun
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Though the basic Salary is lower than expected, allowance given is enough to be competitive with other company, plus campaign is very NICE along with the clients. you can include with what you're getting is a Good and nice company with good management.
