our leadership team are approachable and give us appreciation for our hard work . They keep us motivated and making sure that we are all doing well physically and mentally .
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
looking forward about returning the old incentives scheme. Some of the TMs got demotivated because they are all working hard on getting the incentives but in the end only 5 TMs are eligible to get it. my salary is not thathigh and the incentives is helpful forme to be able to supply my needs everday
