Since it's my first job, I'm very satisfied on how the management really sees to it that we don't feel lost, that even though we are newbies, we are capable of doing more everytime.

The openness and transparency. The way they motivate us to do better.

The best part about my compensation package is the monthly de minimis and the skills allowance.

The thing that makes me most happy is that I get to strive to do better everyday and the new learnings.

The people around, the treatment, the way we could all interact with each other as if we've met in person already and the people-person character.

The best thing about our team is that from the start we really work together as a team guided and motivated by our ridiculously amazing TL.
