TU is my first and only BPO company and if to compare what I heard from my coworkers and family with their experience with other companies. TU is less pressured when it comes to work-related, especially to supervisors which I strongly agree with. I am able to be myself and able to improve skills

It was a great experience when it comes to peace of mind in the work environment. It's just the salary that was lacking

Be transparent and not two-faced. Better just minding own business

Inflation keeps on going that makes the salary not enough which was still the same

I had the greatest team now since I started BPO. Having great compassion for each other and cooperation in tasks
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect. It is what was given to each employee even for mistakes. Not being tolerated but being handled and correcting with due respect
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
So far, all of the IS I've been were considerable and helpful with my needs. Also, have some activities that were helpful for teammates not neglecting their passion and have some time to relieve from work stress
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As inflation continues, our compensation was getting limited only to our basic needs and doesn't have any more extra unlike before, to keep for investment. Also has become more difficult for us to return to office as fare has also increased
