With the two years that I'm with TaskUs, it's been great! The benefits are really good especially the scholarship given to our dependents. Our wellness is also prioritized by the company especially during the pandemic.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Being with TaskUs for almost four years is a very great experience for me. Started as a Teammate now I'm a Team Leader, there has been ups and downs along the way but I was able to overcome that with the help of my previous TLs and Managers. I want to become an inspiration to my Team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Hopefully the annual salary increase will be implemented YEARLY.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My OM and SOM are the best leaders I could ever ask for!

Our upper management are open and transparent on what's going on with the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have lots of activities on site now that we missed because of the pandemic.
What makes you most happy at work?
Currently I'm still working from home and that's make me happy but I'm going back to the office by June.

We are a small team of Quality Analyst and we work well together. We support each other and we have give and take relationship.

My co-TLs are great to work with! We help each other whenever help is needed. We take care of each other and our respective teams.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love interacting with different people. Regardless of their status or positions here in the company. Everyone here has a smile on their faces. It's not a daunting task to go to work in TaskUs.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm not receiving a Transportation Allowance because of my schedule. It's only given to those who have schedule at 10pm-6am. I think it's a little unfair since it's called transpo allowance it should be given to everyone regardless of their shift schedule.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've been with TaskUs LWT for almost four years. I've met a lot of people along the way. I'm happy with the culture and environment of the company. I started as a Teammate, a QA and now a TL. Career growth is also great here. I can say everyone here is very friendly and accommodating.
