Neutral and the salary package is very not competitive. Imagine, I have been almost 6 years in the company and the salary appraisal is very low and seemingly not a good catch.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Provide diverse means to increase salary or better go back to the usual salary appraisal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company's salary package is relatively low that is why they are blasting benefits such as HMO-incentives etc to cover it up. These are not for long-term benefits. Salary appraisal is very slow compare to other company. They are seemingly not willing to give salary increase.
