transparent and open on whats going with the company.. the leadership is also people focused

Bonus is way better compared to other companies i've work with. other parts are aligned with market.

transparent, listens to suggestions from different levels, reachable, making sure employees are prioritize in every decision they make.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
because my salary is not alligned with market and my collegues..i would feel better is there will be an allignment.

we work as a team, we always got each others back. in the company we work hard and have fun too.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
the people i work with from all departments and all sites are approachable, helpful and fun to be with.. when we are working on something it lowers the stress because everyone works together and help each other

everyone seems to care for each other, personally ive experienced someone from other country and dept checking on me if im okay when i really feel not okay. also we work as a team so each department is making sure we are always ready to cater to each other's needs.
