Due to Inflation the current salary offer is not enough to cover daily/monthly expenses.

A better basic salary would be a big help espcially with the current prices of daily needs.

When we started the compensation was enough to cover daily expenses but due to inflation our salary is not enough anymore to cover daily expenses. I would feel better if there will be a realignment of our compensation that meets our daily needs and to have something to keep for the future.
