As a support even though we don't take phone call or sup call I believe there should be an increase with the position that we have right now.
Most companies has better compensation compared to TaskUs. Though I love the core value that we have here. It's just that the compensation is not enough for us.
Hoping the CSR2 will have a better salary since it's a promotion from being a CSR1 though we understand that we are not taking any phone calls. But as a support I believe that we should not based it whether we take phone calls or not. Since each temmate has their own responsibilities.
