What are some of the best things about your team?

They're supportive, fun and are good people in general.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

There's camaraderie, there's teamwork. Most people are fun. There's healthy competition.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

that they know the staff by name. that they are trying their best to maintain our campaign/account. that they're giving the for us to achieve our KPI's

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've only been with the company for a few months but I heard that there's no yearly salary increase. That is sad because our salaries vis a vis inflation rate is already skewed as it...focus on attendance is borderline harsh at times.

What makes you most happy at work?

Primarily logistic - it is close to where I live. The building is also strategically located (grocery, drugstore, restaurants are nearby). BPO is new to me, so what I learn here is an added experience..and when I get good survey scores - I am proud of my work.
