On hand handling. Explained everything with transparency, and open with all the feedback.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I can see my co-workers and friends, I can be able to bring my daughter to our DAYCARE and she is more than excited than mine. I can work peacefully and not to think about her safety. I'm also confident that she is learning everyday.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
To be honest, I'll be more than happy if there's an additional increase with the compensation. Anyhow, I am happy with the benefits and convenience I am getting from TASKUS more than the compensation I am being paid for. I am happy to be part of this company.
