They always get in touch with the frontliners and I love that.

Everyone respects each other. Very welcoming and considerate. There is balance in work and personal life.
What makes you most happy at work?
That one thing is the positive environment that we have as well as knowing we have benefits secured for us.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We live through the values of "Teamwork makes the dream work!". Mainly because we never leave anyone behind. If one is done with their task, the other helps someone who is struggling.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I do like that they really care for their employees and constantly check on them virtually or in person. They also not just prioritize works and stuffs but also aids employees with work-life balance. They are always on full support and we employees, appreciate it so much.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part would likely be the coverage of health insurance. This is beneficial for employees specially in times of emergency and the need for medical attention. I also like that they value the mental health of their workers then conducting wellness sessions and coaching or even 1on1 sessions.
