My experience with my company is awesome. I'm happy even though we have challenging work and KPis to meet. I always feel great, and I always look forward to working with my teammates. My company had become my second home. It's a place where I can express myself. It's where I feel safe and secure.

I like their human consideration and in being serious in putting the welfare of their people first.

I have a very supportive Team Leader and Teammates. We work as one and as a team.

The most positive culture of our company is the team work we have and the constructive feedback we give to each other which make us more close with each other.
What makes you most happy at work?
I'm most happy at work because I look forward to working with my teammates. They became my second family, and they make my work lighter when I see the smiles on their faces.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because as compared to other email and chat LOBs, our campaign is very challenging. We're doing technical tickets most of the time. Our QA and process are very complicated because of the frequent updates of the app with a very minimum training.
