Task Us is a company where you can work without getting stress. The company and manager's empower me to achieve my goal and so far I can maximize the benefits that I can take advantage (Shuttle, free food,). There is no question that this is the BEST BPO company except for pay.

We can really feel the Open door policy in here!
What makes you most happy at work?
The ambience of TASK US makes me feel that I can work , have fun without stressing myself in doing my job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no discrimination in here and managers are even down to earth, that I can talk about the suggestion that will keep us grow.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This is the only BPO company that it doesn't feel like you are working because the ambience is so calm that you can focus while helping customer.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are working in a BPO industry, Having a ( Provincial rate) is something that most of us consider in leaving the company, don't get me wrong everything is perfect of course aside from the pay which I can see that it's not competitive at all. The biggest downside of this company is the paycheck.
