is great, it has great support for education and health but I believe we need to improved team work from the people that have a higher position. Also feel like HR needs a little bit improvement.

to try always to work like a team, to have a good communication and to help and support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
pretty much the health service provide, but has been making changes recently which makes me wonder. Happy for the raise but not feeling it has been a great fulfillment if we do an overall.
