They are really people first, and I really see that they would want to take care of our welfare.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The basic pay since even though we are not speaking with customers, and we're doing what we call "back office" job, I believe that what we are getting for pay is not fair enough since our job can still be described as "hard".
