Everything has been great with TASK US, the management has been great, they provide great trainings to make our jobs easier, the only issue that I think there is would be the pay since it's below average compared to other BPO companies.

My teammates provides great insights and they make sure to help each other out

For me they do everything right and it makes me want to stay long term with the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Currently we no longer have SME and there are a lot of additional policies that we need to enforce, even the slightest salary increase would make me feel better
