More opportunities and learnings are waiting for me while I am working here. I am satisfied with the company benefits I have now. Also, I have a manager, Supervisor and colleagues. It is fun to work with them as they always help and support me when I didn't know on how to work with some tasks.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am very satisfied with the previous leadership and benefits before. But when the new leadership came in, I am thinking to submit my resignation as I don't feel they value our team. Also, the benefits like HMO restricts us to easily go to the accredited hospitals near me.

Ridiculous people, people first before profit is the best culture at this company

They are very hands on, very professional and helpful. They are always here to support me.

We try to motivate each other even we are experiencing a hard time with the leadership
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation is when it increased after I got regularized as a WFM Planner
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I don't see any positive culture on my current environment as I feel they don't value my hard work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The rate is not matched with the tasks they give to us. Other colleagues has high salary vs mine especially to those promotion internally
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They don't have care with their employees. They need to improve their people management. The company itself is good but the leadership needs to improve well when it comes to managing people.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The leadership needs to improve their people management, they need to value their employees, avoid being bias and politics because that's is going on for a long time. This was raised to them but we don't feel/see any resolutions.
