What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company cares a lot about their employees that they made sure the environment is pleasing to the eyes and we're comfortable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What we have as a team is enough for me to get going and be motivated as an active participant of my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are always united and we want what's best for the whole team. We care for each other's score card that's why it's easier to bounce back from a failure with a team like them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am satisfied with the benefits and all but the salary can be higher as cost of living right now is getting higher as well. Also government deductions are getting bigger as well. Higher salary will be very helpful a lot.
