The culture is very good and there is very less to zero politics. The company really cares for its employees. And this is the only corporate company that I've been with for a long time. Employees are working in harmony.

Best part is that I receive it ahead of time sometimes, and is never late.

interacting with my close co-workers and thinking that I still have a job despite of the pandemic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has never been toxic like any other BPO companies that I know or heard of. Almost everyone works harmoniously. And best of all, very minimal politics, if there is.
