I'd say it's pretty average considering how the company was advertised when I applied here. Especially my experience as a redeployed teammate. It was awful that we wasted time to go to the office and do tasks that are irrelevant and would not in any way help me for my next campaign.

I don't know. Maybe promote people first culture in all aspects.

Better compensation and change the stack ranking system in annual increase.

In line compensation especially that prices of basic needs are increasing drastically.

Promote people person culture more especially when it comes to benefits and compensation.

They are open minded and would always consider you when it comes with their decisions.

I like the idea that the company has events that can relieve stress and boredom.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Stability of our job and how they handle activities for teammates since during redeployment phase. We were asked to be on site and did irrelevant tasks which wasted our money and time since transportation in the Philippines is a big mess.
