I am already 3 years in this company and never in my entire life I feel this much as what I felt with TaskUs, as my former trainer said from my former company employee are not call center hopper they are just looking for a company they can feel at home and I have found my home it is with TaskUs

The annual review increase the health perks for my family and I hope they extend it more

They never let any teammates behind if there are problems needed to be resolved our leaders step in and help

We dont feel we are in a company we feel we are at our home because each and everyone is equal
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Health packages just a suggestion could they consider for teammates level for them to add up to 4th child because it would be a great help for us specially if we dont have enough money or if there is an emergency
