TaskUs has been great and puts us first specially during these times of pandemic which is really a struggle going back to the office. 98% if not 100% of us would want to work from home permanently if possible since we can see that we are productive at work on this work from home set-up.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My co-workers are nice and helpful. We have a good bonding even though we haven't seen each other yet in person. Our team work is outstanding and that's why we achieve our goals as a team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were given 3 queues at our LOB while some of our team mates only have 2 queues and yet, we are all paid the same. The added queue is much more difficult and complex when it comes on reviewing jobs. We should be given an equal pay when it comes to the job we are handling.
