I really appreciate the additional allowance on top of our basic pay especially on these trying times.

TaskUs as a company is like no other that I've worked with before and that is why I stay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The provincial rate that they are following is not applicable anymore since the cost of living here is the same as in Metro Manila.
