Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Most centers now in the Philippines basic salary is now ranging from 16k to 20k compre to us which is only 14k. In addition, our allowance is very low (1k per month) compare to other campaigns. We are doing email and chat support etc.
