My team is not the best out there, but we are working to be there. Communication is always present.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The provincial rate makes us feel undervalued. It will be better if we will have the same rate as Metro Manila sites.

Salary is almost the same with agents with skills allowance. If the account has skills allowance, it should also be applied to the support team.
