The conscious effort of the employees to apply the TaskUs Core Values and other policies, walk the talk.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alignment or compensate the expertise, experience and skillsets. The payroll department has a poor response with disputes due lack of manpower.
What makes you most happy at work?
Grateful that I have a job. It may be overrated to say but, when the pandemic strikes, my work continues until we returned back onsite.
