to get my work done and get perfect QA score and good score for the whole month and ofcourse to talk with co teammates/friends
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
never felt undervalued but I believe we deserve salary increase since our team/campaign is one of the top 10 that has good performance score.
