The company is good overall. But the salary is not enough to support a family.

My teammates and friends. My day is fun because of them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are helping each other and always making the work fun every day.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CHeeR department made a lot of events for the employees at the office. This is something that we are all looking forward to.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Once the employees lost interest in the job due to many factors like salary, etc. They just let the employees resign rather than do something to retain them.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Due to inflation, TaskUs should reassess the market salary for their employees. I have been with TaskUs for 5 years, I only raised my salary once. Unlike the other companies, they raise the salary based on tenure.
