I've visited CHR more than once, i think the environment is somehow inspiring place to work at.
What makes you most happy at work?
First, this is my source of income. I get appreciated for the work that I do for the company.

I've seen some of my coworkers but I guess a lot of us would still prefer to work at home so as to minimize our expenses
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
With the rising cost of living, I guess it's also best to gauge and determine if the compensation is enough to sustain the current cost of living
