So far, I can't complain.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I'm alright, team's fine, managers are fine, I guess. I just wish we could be granted more benefits and offline hours. I'm really feeling overworked right now, so I'm sorry that I'm not showering the team with praises, just my honest disposition at the moment.

I feel overworked, but underpaid!

It's not as stressful as other tasks I've had with other companies.

I feel overworked but underpaid, so let's start there. what's my motivation?
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm not quite sure. If I'm being honest, I'd appreciate a wee bit higher package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They show that they care about me and the team. I can see that they are really nurturing everyone.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have really nice, polite and mindful people. I also greatly appreciate having Wellness sessions, and hoping that we can get more time allowance for it.
