For practicality, of course, 15th/30th dates are what makes me happy at work - when these days are coming.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Maybe for us WFH people, we need something that will make us engaged, energized all throughout the shift. I know onsite is much way better than work from home setup but having the perks of working at home which is more comfortable, I guess something that there must be a most awaited thing every week
