The best things about my team is the openness of the group to hear other people out and help others. Going back to freedom to somewhat manage your job the team is always there for bi weekly meeting to check in and help each other out

That even if there were bad news, we were still able to laugh about it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The workload is too much but its ok I am enjoying my work but still It would be much better if our pay will be able to support us and our family and in order for us not to leave the company.
