What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone has values and are very polite with each other, even not personally knowing them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everything, especially the camaraderie. I got different teams to work with, and they are all approachable and very easy to work with.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love solving cases and helping the customers to resolve their problems. But what I love the most will be pay day!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It will be a little bit of help if we are given transportation allowances as I have also experienced that kind of benefit in my previous company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I've got to have different leaders here in my 7 months here, to my surprise, all of the said leaders were personally taking care of our team/work problems as well as our personal needs were also understood. This is what I value the most here in TaskUs, the leadership that are not just bind with work
