They are people-first. They make sure to protect you as their employee and as a human being. We are well-treated.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that there are allowances added to the compensation package that is higher than what other companies would offer.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team I am currently with surely knows the "Bayanihan" culture of the Philippines. They help out lessen the burden of workload especially in our account.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They care about you as a person and guide you for your growth. They never let us feel that they care more about the clients than the employees.
