getting high score of accuracy. be consistent of getting the target everyday

the culture in the environment is fairly goo when it come to races

somehow incentives but it is effective when i comes to individual incentives to recognize hardwork every month

Some of the Team leaders are hands on and reliable to any task or concern that teammates have.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy about making sure to have good quality of productivity so that I am eligible to incentives that is quite neccesity to my finances
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
the sense of asking from time to time during productive hours. I am not against with it because it is for the good score of accuracy. However, they cannot think or check the guidelines first. Also, most of them keep on asking the same questions all the time.
