team work makes the dream work. Each and everyone specially team mates are being heard and have voices
What makes you most happy at work?
team, friends, operations.. I am blessed and thankful that I have work and being part of TaskUs, its just that our expenses in everyday is too far from the reality of our salary
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its not that we undervalued, but needs to have at least meet the expected salary. Right now we are facing the unwanted increase for everything special to our basic necessity like electricity bill, water, transpo, house, most of all food. The cost of living here is too expensive.
