TaskUs provide all necessary development programs to improve our own skills and knowledge. For example: The academy a program that helps teammates reach their dream career and develop people on the path that they want to take. I've graduated recently on TLPA which one of their offered training

Our current position is a Quality Analyst and the duties and responsibilities that we have is all about supporting the teammates but until we are tagged as teammate. Looking forward to have our job title change from teammate to Quality Analyst
