so-so if you need the paycheck but not the guidance and long term company to stay then this is good

some are a bit of a bully

WFH which would be forfeited in weeks time

system we used is flawed but it was never fixed saying its normal

they tend to have too much fun safly my acct isnt always part of it
What makes you most happy at work?
i'm happy that i have work that can provide for my family, but not really the some of the co workers
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
since they are one team from a different LOB, they tend to speak a little vulgar and sometimes forgets that what they are doing is a kind of bullying
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
sometimes instead of reaching out to TM, the Team leader actually delegate that work to other TM, due to the reason that she doesn't have any load to contact the TM.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
walk the talk,they alsay people first but we dont feel it. false advertising about leave being auto approved for leaves bec they care,but that's only applicable for the first 6months
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
they should try living the lives of their agent with the pay and treatment they give for one month and see for themselves what needs to be improved from pay to work arrangements
