since they are one team from a different LOB, they tend to speak a little vulgar and sometimes forgets that what they are doing is a kind of bullying
sometimes instead of reaching out to TM, the Team leader actually delegate that work to other TM, due to the reason that she doesn't have any load to contact the TM.
walk the talk,they alsay people first but we dont feel it. false advertising about leave being auto approved for leaves bec they care,but that's only applicable for the first 6months
they should try living the lives of their agent with the pay and treatment they give for one month and see for themselves what needs to be improved from pay to work arrangements
