Yearly increase in salary and more competitive incentive and salary

Everyone is properly treated by the managers, however team leaders have their own favorite.

More competitive salary and incentives, especially incentives which has the worst at the moment.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase in salary for 50%-80% and more competitive incentives instead of 1500php. Since we're pioneer in this account there should be attendance incentive every month or every week which is better instead making people work forcefully by prohance and floor walk by the supervisors.
