Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
same compensation as the regular teammate and way a lot of responsibility and task with no title

It felt like we are individuals with different set of strength that works well with one goal, we understood each character and respect each other
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no permanent station, it would be nice to have hybrid status where we can work at home sometimes, considering that we are not taking in calls/chat
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
When it comes to my role and responsibility, my leader gave enough guidance and context about it, however, sometimes I felt like I'm doing more than I should, and I can't help but feel burnt out
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been working as a Quality Analyst for 2 years, no increase, no additional pay or incentive and most of all no title (workday still see me as a teammate), We've been promised that they will work it on, but I'm getting tired of waiting.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm doing a support role but didn't receive any increase with my salary, that is okay because this is where my passion is at, we rarely receive incentives due to headcount but pushed me to a state of my frustration is when HMO benefit was downgraded. It left a question in my mind, do I deserve this?
