Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
External hired leaders have more compensation than the home grown employees. We have been loyal to Task Us and yet we received lower than the new hires. We are proven skilled, capable and knowledgeable in terms of product. This is also the reason why many employees decided to venture out for greener
