Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
with the inflation that had been going on, the salary we have cannot compete with the changes that is going on globally.

They always make sure they understand us, make us feel we are part of the team, provides us unending support so we can grow.

because I will be able to learn new things by interacting to co worker and friends. Well of course I will be paid :)

We are not just a team who works because we need money, we work because we love what we do and we care about each other like a family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With my current TL, she is not just a TL but someone above the title. She makes sure everything is in place and order and is collaborated but makes us feel that we matter.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are like a family, connected even if we are far apart and not see each each other due to WFH set up to make sure all is safe. helps each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With my current manager or TL, I like it that she does not just treat us as an "employee", she treats us as a human being and understands our needs, our thoughts and ideas etc. She makes it a point to fully explain why changes are need to be done and listens to what we have to say about it.
