It is a very satisfying experience. To be accepted here at my 40's and be respected as a teammate is priceless. I believe not many companies would treat people my age like the way they are treating me.

The most positive thing about Taskus is that it is very inclusive. It sees beyond status, color, preferences.

My leadership team is very invested in me and my teamates. They clearly want us to grow as a person and as an employee.

What I like best about the leadership team is they are very approachable. I won't feel hesitant to bring up certain issues because I know they will help me out.

My work is challenging in a good way. Although I do the same thing everyday, there is always something to learn about when interacting with customers and workmates, as well.

My team, we are family. We are different individuals but somehow we bond like a family. My Teamleader is the best. She pushes us without being harsh. And in return, we do what is best for our team to succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I will have to say that the inclusivity is the most positive thing about my company. Everyone is welcome. During these times where "cancel culture" is prevalent, it is a very positive thing that there is a work place that everyone is free to express themselves.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the Voluntary Retirement thing because it helps me save out of what I am earning since comodities are expensive these days, our salaries doesn't make it till next pay day and I won't be able to save any honestly if I don't have help. So I am glad I can get that out of the way.
