What is the best part about your compensation package?
The convenience of being able to take leave smoothly, the food forward which my wife enjoys onsite and helps us save money for food. The campaign's work from home setup
What are some of the best things about your team?
I think it is more of feedback, I'm looking forward to my teammates being more proactive and their presence should be much more felt given we are on a virtual setup.
What makes you most happy at work?
My Team, make me feel motivated to help them achieve their own goals. It gives me the purpose to wake up early and think that they also need my help to succeed.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about our leadership team is they give me the chance to take a leave without a lot of favors and they talk to me whenever they see my direction is not going to where it is supposed to be.
