Nothing. I'm an introvert. I don't feel the need to interact.

My one on one sessions and my contribution to these peoples lives
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
All of it. Never have I seen a company live up to its values like TaskUs. Only when I worked here I've realized that an organization can really live up to what it claims.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our compensation as leaders are not aligned - specifically internally hired leaders. We were promised to get an alignment but there hasn't been any news about it. With the load of tasks we were given, I don't think we are being paid fairly specially now that the cost of living is getting higher.
